Website V0.2.0

This is kinda a surprise update, even to me. the_jan_craft decided to revamp the bug reporting system, and turn it on its head. The clean Modal is back, but without the sign in. On top of all of that, the website should now be around 80%-90% faster.

• the UI for creating a bug is back (the_jan_craft)
• new anti abuse system that rates your bug report, if its above 6/10 your bug report will be declined (the_jan_craft)
• now uses GitHub Issues as backend (the_jan_craft)
